On 16th March 2021, the Law and Business Department has organized a public lecture on a topic  “Corporate Governance & Compliance: Stopping or Facilitating Business?"

We are delighted to have Mr. Alex Chan, a compliance expert, to share his insight in this area and host a very interactive Q&A session with our audiences. We have discussed critical issues such as the cost and benefits  of corporate governance, whether Chairman and CEO should be the same person, etc
