There is an appreciable increase in the practice of mediation as part of the legal process following the implementation of the civil justice reform, and our students are given opportunities to participate in related activities, and to be professionally trained.

The company secretary profession are devoted to the promote corporate governance and the conduct of business according to regulatory framework. Students of our programme can choose to obtain exemption from the Hong Kong Chatered Goverance Institute in order to advance themselves as a professional in this field.
