Study Trip to a Grassroots Court in Shenzhen and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration
On February 27, 2026, the Department of Law and Business organized a study trip to a grassroots court in Shenzhen and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. Students received a historical review of the court, its functions, and judicial reform. There was a meaningful exchange of knowledge, particularly regarding the court’s case management.
Following this, students visited the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. The organization introduced the development of international arbitration in Shenzhen and demonstrated the facilities and arrangements for arbitration practice.
The study trip provided students with valuable practical insights into the judicial and arbitration systems in Shenzhen, enhancing their understanding of legal practice in a real-world context.
